What Paradise Lost Means To Me:
How often can the performer say they have played Satan? I had the absolute privilege to play Satan in Paradise Lost (Adaption by Erin Shields). This was the last production I performed in at Towson University. Paradise Lost was such a gift as I had the opportunity to explore so many elements from songs (all original music by Stephen Nunns), to fight choreography, movement work, and so much more. This show also taught me how to lead a show. With how much Satan interacts with the audience and the world around her, it made me realize what it truly meant to be present. Satan allowed me to become so comfortable in my body as an actor and human being. I truly owe a lot of who I am as an artist thanks to this show.
